The Sign Tămâioasă Românească
Straw yellow color with pleasant aromas of tropical fruits and basil. Balanced taste with fine notes of green basil, spicy and a fresh acidity, which completes the long and pleasant aftertaste. 69 years old vine, ultrasound maceration
Ideal to serve as is or with grilled fish, poultry, cheeses and Asian cuisine.

The Sign Fetească Neagră Wild
Wine created using entirely indigenous wild yeast from our vineyards to show the true potential of the terroir. Matured only in stainless steel tanks to avoid any other flavors preserving its purity. The grapes come from a vineyard from 200 meters above sea level, on chernozem, sand, and gravel soils. Intense dark ruby in color with full fruity taste and ripe tannins, completed by a pleasant acidity.
Excellent enjoyed on its own, but it is also ideal with various fine dishes of duck meat, pork, lasagna, pasta with Bolognese sauce, platters with various semi-hard cheeses.

Premium Zenovius
Intense red color with an aromatic aromatic bouquet of berries, ripe black cherries and fine notes of cloves. Taste of black forest fruits with firm tannins and a long and pleasant aftertaste due to partially aging in Romanian and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Enjoy this wine with a variety of dishes based on duck, beef or mutton or alongside matured cheeses.

Vine in Flames Pinot Noir
Light red in color with a complex fruity nose of cherries and blackcurrant. Mixed taste of cherries and raspberries , good firm tannins with notes of condiments on it s medium finish.
Pinot Noir is the ideal companion for leaner meat dishes, such as lamb chops, duck breast, grilled chicken or pasta amatriciana. Also excellent with semi-soft cheeses such as Emmentaler or Gouda.

The Sign Sauvignon & Sauvignon
Two related varieties – the “father” Sauvignon Blanc and the “child” Cabernet Sauvignon -blended in a wine that allows each variety to express its character. Splendid greenish color and fresh aromas of gooseberries and asparagus felt also in the taste. A full-bodied wine with good acidity and a long aftertaste.
Ideal with chicken or fish with grilled vegetables, seafood pasta, unaged & softer cheeses, or sushi.

Premium Fume
Golden yellow color with aromas of tropical fruits and fine notes of smoked oak. Complex taste of pineapple and ripe apricots with a long and persistent finish given by the oak in which the wine was fermented and matured for 5 months.
Recommended with delicate chicken and fish dishes, pasta in creamy white sauces, and fresh cheeses.
